Tamburins is a South Korean creative fragrance brand launched in 2017 by the same company behind another iconic label: Gentle Monster (yes, the cool-as-hell sunglasses).

* TAMBURINS PERFUME BALM (VARIETY OF SCENTS & COLOURS)
This was the first product I saw from TAMBURINS. It comes in different colors representing what the scent is like inside. There are various choices and I’m stuck on deciding which one I want. I’m a fan of solid perfumes and balms. I find them convenient to pack for touch ups and a quick refresh on-the-go. This packaging is so sleek, simple, and charming. When I go to Korea, I’m soooo getting one (or ten).
TAMBURINS PUPPY “SUNSHINE” PERFUME
Scent is called “sunshine” (you’ll see this scent pop up a lot throughout this section).
The scent of sunshine is a soft aroma of diffused muguet (perfumery name for Lily of the Valley) with a hint of salty mineral, guaiacwood (warm wood with a touch of incense) and musk. It’s to evoke a mist in bloom, surrounded by a serene autumn night. I took this bit from their site and this is exactly why I love fragrance with narratives. Spritz of scent and poetry.
TAMBURINS EGG LIP BALMS (VARIOUS PACKAGING)
The prettiest lip balm I’ve ever seen. I like that they created an unscented version in clean chrome packaging for those who don’t like their balms scented. This would be an easier choice for those who don’t know what their person wants in terms of fragrance. It would also make a cute gift or a stocking stuffer. The design is for a pleasant feel every time you reach for it. The shape is inspired by the smoothness of eggs.
TAMBURINS PERFUME “BLUE HINOKI”
It’s where wood meets sea. Blue Hinoki has a scent story of fresh pine with a cool breeze of bergamot. Inspired by an adrift Hinoki tree being carried by the ocean waves.
TAMBURINS PERFUME SHELL HAND CREAM
Various colors and scents to choose from. The description explains that it is light, hydrating with a non-sticky texture. Each bottle has the same layered architectural design, but with different color stories to show the characteristics of the scent inside.
TAMBURINS BOTTARI PERFUME (2 COLORS)
GAWD, I love this packaging so much. Silver rounded cap with studs throughout. The design is inspired by mushrooms, its spores, and how it bursts and diffuses throughout the air. The inspirations are grounding, warm, woody, and modern. Both bottles have the same scent.

TAMBURINS ROLL-ON PERFUME OIL
Perfume oils are small but mighty. I love the adorable design of this oil. It’s also very small so view the photos to make sure you’re aware of how teeny tiny this is.
There are two scented “bones” from Tamburins. I’ve found the black one. Its scent is called “sunshine.” Some may think this is funky. I think this is hilariously adorable and also very cool. I seriously want this in my imaginary aesthetic home. Woof!

It comes to no surprise to me that even their candles are beautifully made. The company behind TAMBURINS is also the one behind GENTLE MONSTER. Everything they touch has to have their signature. Futuristic, architectural, and layered. This candle scent is “sunshine.”

A very cute accessory for carrying around your fave TAMBURINS scent. This reminded me of those knock-off Chanel phone cases that was shaped like a perfume bottle with a gold square “CHANEL” plaque on it. This was many moons ago. It had a chain so you could carry your phone like a cross-body bag. I was gifted one and it was the cutest thing ever. Because of that, I want this TAMBURINS one. Adorned with pearls as again, A CROSS-BODY CHAIN. I told you, there are cross-body chains for everything. And it’s ADORABLE.

From the puppy line, we got mini perfumes and a keychain with a little bone on it. I would take this and add a lengthier chain to carry as a cross-body. It’s the same as the above pieces, except it has a bone. I want the bone.
